How we handle the information you share.

What we collect

When you request a Patient Visibility Review, we collect the information you choose to submit: your name, email address, website address, and description of the public-visibility or patient-journey concern you want reviewed.

Our hosting provider may also create standard server logs containing technical information such as your IP address, browser type, requested page, and request time. These logs support security, reliability, and troubleshooting.

How we use information

We use submitted information to respond to your request, evaluate whether the service is a fit, prepare or deliver agreed work, maintain business records, and protect the website from misuse.

Cookies and tracking

At launch, this website does not set analytics or advertising cookies through its own site code. If analytics, advertising, or similar tools are added later, this policy will be updated and any consent controls required by applicable law will be added.

When information is shared

Peer Path Solutions does not sell or rent personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that help operate the website, email, or client workflow, or when disclosure is required by law. Those providers receive only the information needed to perform their role.

Retention and security

Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide services, maintain necessary records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, subject to any recordkeeping obligations. This website is not intended for children under 13, and Peer Path Solutions does not knowingly collect their personal information.
